CADET/ CHANNEL:
A Cadet is the First Rank in the organization; any volunteer who opts the business by signing the Business Referral Agreement shall be called a CADET. Once he manages to fetch an investment of 10000$ (in single or parts thereof) for the Company he will be ranked as a CHANNEL.

On his becoming a Channel he will be receiving his personal named Visiting cards from the Company and also he will be authorized to do business any where across the Globe, for which he shall be paid One time Finder Fee of 2% (paid monthly, on calendar month basis), along with a profit sharing of 5% for the business he has managed to pool into the Company.

As a Channel he will also be authorized to appoint new cadets in his team.
A Channel will remain an Authorized Company representative only if he brings in at least $10000 Investment in a year or renewals of $20000 in a year.
Once he has appointed a minimum of 10 Cadets who have managed to complete their investment target of 10000$ each and have become Channels, He shall be promoted as A CENTURION, on request to the Company, for which he shall be enjoying the Overriding Commissions and the Profit Sharing of his entire team.

However, he shall be entitled to get both the commissions of the Centurion for the business volume brought in by his promoted Channels once he has managed to promote a minimum of 5 Channels from his Organization. The Finder Fee of the first 4 channels, till the time he does not qualify the halfway mark will be passed on to his Centurion but the profit sharing will be retained by the company for him, till the time he qualifies the half way mark.

CENTURION:
Centurion is the First Line Managerial Rank of our Organization. A Centurion can bring Investments and at the same time he has to help his team- mates in bringing in their investments for which he shall be enjoying an overriding commission of 0.4% and a Profit Sharing of 2% from his entire team sales.
He also reserves the rights to introduce new cadets into his team. It may be observed here that the benefits of his overriding commission and the profit sharing of his Investments would be passed on to his Introducer Centurion. He will be enjoying the benefits of the Centurion on his teams business only, not of his own.

A Centurion shall remain a Centurion only if he manages to pool in a minimum of 100,000$ new investments, or manages a renewal of 200,000 through his team or adds a minimum of three Channels in a year to his team.
A Centurion can become a Consul, on request to the company, only after he has promoted a minimum of 10 Centurions from his team, However he shall be entitled to get both the commissions of the Consul for the business volume brought in by his promoted Centurions once he has managed to promote a minimum of 5 Centurions from his Organization. Anyway the commissions till his half way mark is achieved by him shall be distributed in the same step up manner as explained in the previous step up.

CONSUL:
A Consul is the Second Line Managerial rank of our organization. He is entitled to enjoy an overriding commission of 0.3% and a profit sharing of 1% from his entire team business.
His responsibility as a Consul will be to train the channels for his team Centurions, help the Channels and the Centurions in fetching Heavy Volume Business. Once a Consul, he will be restrained to fetch in direct investments from the market but at the same time he reserves the right to depute new channels and Centurions in his organization.
A Consul can become a Proconsul, on request to the company, only after he has promoted a minimum of 7 Consuls from his team, However he shall be entitled to get both the commissions of the Proconsul for the business volume brought in by his promoted Consuls once he has managed to promote a minimum of 4 Consuls from his Organization. Anyway the commissions till his half way mark is achieved by him shall be distributed in the same step up manner as explained in the previous step up.

PROCONSUL:
A Proconsul is the Third Line Managerial rank of our organization. He is entitled to enjoy an overriding commission of 0.2% and a profit sharing of 1% from his entire team business. Once a Proconsul, he will be refrained to fetch in direct investments from the market and depute channels but at the same time he reserves the right to depute new Centurions in his organization. He has to transfer his personally sponsored channels to the other Centurions in his team and reserves the right to change their Centurions if the attending Centurion is not cooperating to his personally sponsored channels. His prime duty will be to help the Consuls in training the Centurions and the channels and to help the team in fetching heavy Volume business for his Team.

Note: No Channel, Centurion, Consul, Proconsul can sponsor his blood relation in his organization. If found doing so he shall be terminated from the services with immediate effect and all his commissions shall be forfeited and distributed to his senior.

Investment will be starting from a minimum of 500$ and can go up to 10 million USD. The Company reserves the right to Change the same.

Lock in of investment will be for one year.

All Investors will sign agreement with company, agreement will be provided to Investors at the time of investment.

The Investor has to provide a copy of his passport or driving license or any other government id to proof of his identity along with an address verification proof (utility bill or bank passbook etc.) in order to prevent money laundering. The Investments will be accepted by the company through credit card and wire only.

All investors will be provided Quarterly Profit and loss sheet of Trading account and the Company will display annually Audited report for Trading to all Investors.

Every investor will be paid 65 % of profit of what ever the company will generate from pool in of funds on a quarterly basis, according to proportionate investment done by that investor.

Company will retain 35 % of the Profit as professional fee.

All Profits to the investors will be paid on the invoice generated by investors after the quarterly profit and loss sheet declaration. He or she has to send invoice for the same. After receiving the Invoice Company will take 7 days to process and will release profits either by wire to his account or upload it to his debit card as opted by him. It is the responsibility of all the investors to give correct bank details for wire. The same applies to all the business team from to Cadet to Proconsul.

The entire Business teams Finder fee, according to their ranks, will be paid every month end. They should raise invoice signed by them to company and after getting invoice it shall be paid in 7 days. No commission will go to other account (their investor account If they have one).

It is mandatory for all the persons joining the business team to provide a copy of their passport or driving license or any other government id as proof of identity along with an address verification proof (utility bill or bank account statement or credit card statement etc.).
